Additional Charge

  • Making IP license and registration $ 2.000 – $ 5.000
  • Making agreement $ 3.000 – $ 20.000 (adjust to Indonesian law)
  • Reviewing agreement $ 1.000 – $ 15.000
  • Legal Due Diligence $ 5.000 – $ 50.000
  • Translate agreement (patent) $ 250 per sheet
  • Dispute settlement $ 10.000 – $ 100.000
  • Additional charge for consultation $ 75 – $ 150  per hours
  • Additional charge for legal opinion $ 1.000 – $ 5.000
  • Additional charge for registration patent $ 1.000 (consultant fee)
  • Additional charge for drafting patent $ 3.000

Term and Condition

  • All the benefits cannot be accumulated for the next month
  • All prices exclude official costs of registration or renewal of intellectual property right
  • Consultation topic can include general legal matter
  • Client should make an appointment 2 days prior to consultation day
  • If an appointment is made in under 2 days, 1 hour of consultation time will be counted as 2 hours of consultation time
  • Consultation on public holidays will be added as additional time for consultation (not included in package)
